Dr. Cindy Schmitt is a distinguished national speaker and seasoned trainer with over 30 years of expertise in training, performance management, and process improvement. She has impacted schools, non-profits, businesses, and government agencies across the U.S. Cindy holds degrees in Professional Studies, Computer Information Systems and a Doctorate in Social Leadership focused on creating intentional culture in organizations and enhancing online participant engagement. Recognized as an ABWA National 2020 Top Ten Business Woman, she currently serves as the ABWA District 1 Ambassador Representative and the 2023 & 2024 ABWA National Women’s Leadership Conference Co-Lead. An active member of the Oceanside Charter Chapter since 2015, Cindy has held key executive board positions.
